Annual Events in the Hall

The Committee organises a number of regular annual events, which normally happen around the same time each year and many other events are arranged by both the Committee and affiliated organisations throughout the year.

Spring Fair & Bulb Show

Spring Fair and Bulb Show is held on the first Sunday in March. In addition to competitions for flowering bulbs and floral art, this event gives our affiliated organisations the opportunity to do some fundraising by organising a stall for the Spring Fair. 

Gala Week

​

Gala Week takes place in June, leading up to Gala Day which takes place on the second Sunday.  In recent years, Gala Week events have included Treasure Hunt, Cookery Demo, Quiz Night and a Silent Auction.

Flower Show

​

Flower Show is held on the 4th Sunday of August, and includes competitions for flowers, vegetables and floral art.  There are specific classes for juniors, seniors as well as a trophy for novice gardeners.
